Cascade Clamps - Established in Portland, Oregon in the year 1943, the Cascade Manufacturing Company started as a small machine shop hiring just 4 individuals. Total sales for that year amounted to about $60,000. The first recorded sales revenues involved the assembly and machining of stainless-steel pipe fittings, valves and different components. Within five years of operation, the company had stretched to forty staff and their yearly sales volume had risen to three hundred thirty thousand dollars.
